![]() A young actor graduates from college, moving to New York City with nothing but raw talent and an uncanny ability to wait tables for 23 hours straight. He goes to his first "professional" audition, warmed up, prepared, excited, early. The address on 7th Avenue turns out not to be a studio or theater, but a deli. A Kosher, Israeli deli... not only the location of the audition, he discovers that it is the performance space as well. So begins one of many true stories featured in Stuff I Auditioned For. The Project creates Stuff performances unique to the performance space and the actors involved. Upcoming brainstorms are Stuff I Saw in the Subway and Stuff I Waited in Line For. Keep checking the site for our upcoming exclusive-one-night-only performances, featuring a new collection of true stories about life's most bizarre circumstances.
