OBITUARY
On March 10th, 2006, Snowcup Waldorf Sanders jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge to his death. Snowcup left behind a legacy which included hundreds of films, dozens of TV appearances, and, of course, "Hay Is Not Just for Horses" — Snowcup's first (and sadly, his last) foray into the music biz, released January 2006. Snowcup leaves behind his loving and devoted owner/mother — Bettina Waldorf Sanders, his agent — Sadie Manfringinsenstien, his stable boy, his partner in films — the lovely ingénue Saxony Essex-Delancey, and all of his adoring fans. An open Shiva will begin on Thursday, March 15th, 2006 at 8 pm.

What do you get?

A Shiva for Snowcup (the movie star horse) who died jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge, of course.

"The Happening: Snowcup's Shiva" took place on March 15th, 2006. Part cocktail party, part Improv, part performance art — "The Happening: Snowcup's Shiva", marked the inaugural performance in The Happening Project series. It started with a space – a very cool downtown apartment. Then came the inspiration — an artfully lit, well framed sketch of a horse's head hanging on the living room wall — we immediately had our premise.

Invited guests were surprised to find themselves amongst the mourners (um...actors) at a Shiva for a horse. As the night wore on, plotlines were revealed and secrets spilled as the actors (um...mourners) flailed and thrashed their way through Snowcup's devastatingly amusing Shiva.
